Airport Meet and Greet Services

The Philadelphia region is served by the Philadelphia International Airport, which is conveniently located approximately 12 miles from downtown Philadelphia hotels and attractions. GEP Philly provides full service arrival and departure services 365 days a year. Once we are given a flight manifest, GEP Philly analyzes the arrival and departure patterns and groups the guests according to the most convenient and cost effective transfers. As each guest arrives, our professional uniformed greeters meet them in the baggage claim area, assist with locating their luggage and escort them to the waiting vehicle for the transfer to the hotel, all the while welcoming them to Philadelphia and establishing a positive arrival experience. On departure day, GEP Philly staff is on site at the hotel to coordinate departure transfers.
